Well, I completely dropped the ball on the program this past week. I haven't ran at all this past week. Between shopping and the holiday and the myriad of excuses, I just did not get my butt out there and run! However, I did get back to it today, and even though I had a week's break between runs, I was able to jump right back into it and complete W7D1. I am also happy to have lost the 0.6 pounds... considering the extra that I ate yesterday and the day before, and the complete lack of exercise over the last week (no running or Zumba...), I am happy just to have a loss!!
I suppose this will now have to be a 10-week challenge for me! I am happy that I am sticking with this though!

we are back on top of our running (its also a 10 week program for me at this point which IMO is more than fine) but my weight is up 2lbs. *cry*
I can't explain it anymore. Its just plateaued the hell out at 169. I would REALLY like to at least hit 160. I could totally live with the last 5-10 lbs never getting lost.0 -
You can do it! Likely the holidays just hit you hard. Just get back to your normal routine and it will start coming back off!0

I was surprised that I only had a 1 lb weight gain over Christmas. We were traveling and spending time with family, with very little time to exercise. Just need to loose 1 lb this week to meet my ultimate goal.
I'm not even close to finishing C25K, though. My husband and I have been taking it slow (he literally started at the "couch" level, where I had been walking many miles each week before we started, so he wasn't ready to move ahead to the 20 min. run--- now it's time to get his butt in gear )0 -

Don't give up when you plateau! I was at 142-144 for at least 6 weeks. It was extremely frustrating, but I kept at it and one day I just started loosing again.0
