    wed 110 mins- 915 cals
    so far 270 mins/4.5hrs
    &
    2264 cals /3500
    so 1236 cals left this week.

    was yesterdays total

    today 115mins 867 cals

    so as of today:
    385 mins/6.4 hours.
    &
    3131 cals/3500

    so 369 left :-)

    Got back into exercise today properly. So my week so far:

    Monday-Wednesday - 633 calories burned walking/cleaning etc

    Thursday - 608 burned - ripped in 30 & Tae bo

    Going to aim for 3000 total this week, which means 1759 left to go!

    so as of today:
    490 mins/8.1 hours.
    &
    3936 cals/3500 i think ill aim for 5000 cals :-)
    so 3936/5000 so 1064 left!! :-)

    Today I burned 448 calories (ripped in 30 & Banish fat boost metabolism 3 circuits). im at 1689 so far so still got 1389 to go - just over half way there!
