Hi everyone, just found this site a few hours ago and have joined your group. Need to lose about 70 lbs and hope to lose at least 20 to 25 by that March 30th date. All suggestions are welcomed to help me, main problem is exercising.

My best suggestion. Start off small... 10-20 Minutes a day of cardio... or less if needed and take rest days!! Drink lots of water too!0
