Just wanted to check in. I posted my first weight (146.7) and have gotten down to 143.7 in the last week. Didn't do it the way I was hoping to though. My family had a bad stomach flu. Not exactly the healthiest way to jumpstart a healthy weight loss plan. Hoping I can maintain a couple of those lost pounds in the next week.
