Just Joined -- Any Pointers?!

I just joined this group tonight, but only missing 12 days won't stop me! I'm aiming for about 15 pounds off before march 30.

It's a bit to lose in a short amount of time, does anyone have tips for me!? Let me know your progress below :) !

    Plenty of water.... fruits and veggies & just walk more and stay positive!!
