I have been away from MFP for a while... Offf track and not eating right.... I had a lot going on... my dad was diagnosed with ESRF if you don't know that is end stage renal failure. It has been pretty tough but I wanted to share with you all so you knew where I was coming from... I eat when im upset, or stressed out... and Idk, just have been away from the world for a while... but this was a reality check to me... how important my health should be. Especially since I am a mom now.... I AM BACK and will have the challenges up tonight... for the rest of the week!
