Week 5 Challenge!!!! Lets Do This!

I have been totally M.I.A lately and I know for everyone that puts a downer on 10+lbs before march and I apologize hope everyone is doing well though. I have a challenge for us this week
See if we can do it... anything counts! & any efforts honestly.
Monday (today) 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 burpee's, & 30 minutes walking or jogging.
Tuesday - 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 burpee's, Drink 30+oz of water today. Over drink it if you must!!!
Wednesday - 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 burpee's, 30 Minutes Walk or Jog & 10 Minutes full on cardio DVD or TV etc or even Youtube!
Thursday - 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 burpee's, 30oz of water & Nothing Starchy or Heavy (Pasta, Bread, Cereal, Wheat etc.. try for fruits veggies and very very lean meats today.
Friday - LETS DO SOMETHING TO REALLY WORK IT OUT FOR THE WEEKEND!!! 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 burpee's, 20 Mins of Cardio (Full Body if possible) and a 30 Minute walk or Jog. Push yourself, if you can do more of anything try to!
