*Again sorry guys, for missing today. & not creating a challenge... but I have some for the rest of the week!!

Tuesday Jan 10th - 64oz of water or more... keep your carbs low & do 10 minutes (at least) of cardio.

I decided to do this different... I will post the challenge each morning for each day.. but a weeks worth of a challenge. if you do it copy & paste (Tuesday Jan 10th - 64oz of water or more... Keep your carbs low & do 10 minutes (at least) of cardio) and then put (Completed)
