Jump start!

So I slacked off BIG TIME with working out from Oct-Dec! (mainly, I was doing a musical theatre show with lots of dancing). I kept my eating in check so I still lost, just much slower than normal! I decided to jump start again the day after Christmas and boy did I! I've been running again everyday and can totally feel it! Anyone else start your resolution early? My goal is too tighten up and lose the last 30ish lbs this year!! Hopefully by summer!

    Yes, I decided to jump start 2012 as well. I started Monday with no more regular soda, atleast 1 hour of exercise per day, and better food choices!

    my goal is to amp it up at the gym. I have started going 4-5 days a week. I was only running 5km when i went. Now the last 2 wks I started putting a weight lifting routine in there as well. Hopefully it will give me better results.

    Decided this week to start as well, I gained weight back over Christmas and it made me a little sad.....it is fine I will get that off and then some and lose what I want.....

    Started Wii again and my daughter and I are going back to the gym pushing for 3 days hope we can get more in that will be a bonus...

    I started mine yesterday. Usually when I get started, I dive in and start hard workouts. These leave me in pain and if I miss a day I never want to start again because I don't want to hurt. So I decided to easy into it this time. Maybe it will work.
