Stuck in the Middle
I started at 197. I lost to 195. Then I ballooned up to 198/199. I went down to 194.5. Then I went back down to 196.6, and now this morning, I'm at 195. I have lost an inch in my hips and in my waist. This has all been in the span of a month. What is going on?

I don't know what i"m doing wrong. The scale is going up. I"m up to 198. I guess I need to really really weigh and measure and track better. And no my diary is not open right now. Just venting.
