I started at 197. I lost to 195. Then I ballooned up to 198/199. I went down to 194.5. Then I went back down to 196.6, and now this morning, I'm at 195. I have lost an inch in my hips and in my waist. This has all been in the span of a month. What is going on?

Not sure what time and how often you are weighing yourself but i know my weight fluctuates 3 pounds during the day for whatever reason......salt intake, water retention, etc. As long as you are still losing inches then your body is just reshaping or you may be gaining muscle. Muscle takes up less room than fat does and thats why your still losing inches. dont get discouraged just keep pushing and the weight will come off. i didnt lose any weight for like a month but i kept losing inches and now finally i have started losing again!0

I'm the same way, my weight goes up and down up and down.. Then it will finally take a dip... I'll lose a little then it does it again.. Hang in there!!! It will drop! Maybe watch your sodium a little.. Idk. It is probably your body transforming. More muscle less fat!! Which is Awesome!!!0

I was told that the inches goes first, then the scale will start to change.........don't give up it will happen when you least expect it.....just a question....you are a very busy women...are you getting enough rest??? That can play a part in your weight loss as well as everything else.........0

That's exactly what my body does! Glad to know I'm not the only one dealing with that.0 -
I dealt with that for over a year and that is why I started this club. I have finally seen the 180s for the past week! For me I did change a few things. #1 I started drinking WAY more water. My old goal was 64 ounces per day, now I am drinking about 100 ounces per day! #2 - I have pretty much cut diet soda out. I NEVER thought that I would be able to do this b/c Diet Dr Pepper was my life line. I honestly didn't do that part on purpose, but I think that by drinking more water it just kind of happened naturally. #3 I increased my exercise to atleast 60 minutes cardio each day (I was only doing like 30 or 45 minutes)
Hang tough ~ it will drop!!
BTW- shedding inches is great - to me that matters the most0
