sharing maintenance diary

Hi all,
I'm new to the discussion boards, so hope this is the right place to start.
I started MFP in May with the goal of getting down to 107.5. Once I reached it it seemed like maintenance was giving me too many calories (I don't do cardio exercise, but I walk 1.5-3 miles/day) for my activity level. So I continued to aim for 1300 for a few months. Now I'm at 104 and I think it's great- but my maintenance calories are something like 1470 and I'm having a hard time convincing myself it is OK to start eating more. The other thing I changed about my eating when I started MFP was that I cut out wheat (white and whole grain), pasta, cereal- most any grain, with the exception of corn, and sometimes rice. I'm also pescetarian.
I've been reading on other posts that your body adjusts to eating more calories, so I think I'll try it for a week and see how it goes. I'm wondering if anyone else who's also petite and on the sedentary side would be willing to share their diary, friend me if so! I'm curious to see what others are eating, since I need to diversify my diet a bit. Thanks!
Jess
