ideas for New Years Eve.........

What are your plans for NYE? If you are going to a function and are required to take a covered dish, take something healthy. Fruit or veggie tray, salsa and baked chips, taco dip **see recipe below, etc

Start your day out by burning at least 300 calories before you go out for the evening

Also - drink a glass of water for every two alcoholic beverages you consume


FAT FREE taco dip
1 can FF refried beans
1 16 oz container of FF sour cream
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of ff shredded cheese
lettuce, tomato, black olives, etc

mix the FF sour cream and taco seasoning together and let stand
spread your beans out in a 9x13 cake pan - spread the Sour cream mixture over the top
sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top
garnish with whatever veggies you want
serve with baked scoops!!!

    I plan to start tomorrow off with a nice long run! Though I'm not sure what we are doing that night. :)

    i burned 444 calories running 5km this morning. Now i don't feel so guilty having a couple alcoholic beverages tonight

    Working all day till 3:30 then hubby and I are going out to dinner (Longhorn Steak House) and the rest of the evening just relaxing and watching a movie......I have work again in the morning....
