Hey pals. Just checking in on ya. In 2 days the New Year will be here. It will be our time to put up or shut up. I plan to put up myself and finally leave this extra weight in the dust. So glad you all have decided to join me. Have a safe and blessed New Year.

I will set my ticker to read 8 pounds. That's how much pounds of fat I want to lose in 3 months. If I only lose 5 pounds of fat that will be good as well. I will not be exercising on 01-01-12, because I'm finishing up PT 24/7 and Saturday will be my last day. I will rest on Sunday. This will give me time to created a I Used To Be Fat calendar. I will not workout on weekends, only Monday - Friday.0
