  • loving it so far kelsey didnt do day two exercise as going to boxing but definitely love those squat kicks could feel them really working on my core.. also added in some burpies and jump rope.. my gym has us on a challenge where every day of the week for the month of jan we have to do that many burpies lol.. so only 4 atm easy does it.. not looking forward to the end lol

    I know I love this challenge, first one I’ve done!!

    I <3 burpes!!! Defo killers but sooooo worth it! I just need to do days 4, 5 and 6 now but can’t do anything today as its my revision day so will do some tomorrow, Friday and Saturday as Sunday will be at my gym glass. Can’t wait to get my wii!! And when it gets nicer outside I’m going to start walking too.

    Ps I added jump rope to the mix also :) x
