I gained a pound this week. I'm thinking it's because I'm building muscle with my new routine. Haven't done any different with calories. Still exercising 6 days a week, 3 running, 3 circuit. Still doing the green smoothies. Trying to add more clean foods in my diet. So I'm sure I will see a loss next week. :)

I just came across your group today and this is very similar to what I'm wating to do on my own, but I definately need some motivation. I think it's very doable and better late than never. I hope I'm able to keep up and maybe catch up!
Hey guys how is everyone doing!!! I just thought id explain my gain lol ive gained more weight this week than when i first started but please dont be alarmed ive not eaten crap lol i just have upped my exercise to an hour n a half daily with more running and crossfit than ive ever done before.. honest ask kelsey lol shes…
