    Thanx for the encouragement on the non smoking....
    I went ok so far as my diet and exercise... As for the smoking part, well I didn't have a ciggy all day...
    Today is a new day and I am not craving one as bad....

    AWESOME work Andy!!!! so glad to hear it.. hope the cravings reduce daily :D

    I want to say to Andy ur doing great if u can quit smoking cold turkey..WTG!

    I have done days 1, 2 and 3 up to now will do days 4, 5 and 6 tomorrow or Saturday :)

    Hoping to buy a wii at the end of this month too x

    Slight problem with exercises from now on..
    Twisted tendon on left foot getting cross trainer out of shed.

    Doc said no weight bearing for a few days..
    Looking for new exercises to do..

    Hey everybody!! I managed Days 1 and 2 of the challenge and hope to complete the Day 3 in about half an hour. I just wondered whether you guys are logging the challenge as your exercise and if so what do you enter it as?

    I just add the cardio to my minutes and under cardio there is a strength training option that I use for weights and such.

    I have done day 1 and 2 and the crunches from Day 3. Taking a break this week from running as I'm still getting over a cold. I ran my first 5K on Sunday and am going to start training for a 10K soon. This challenge is a good way to supplement my running.

    I love it! I did not do a 500 calorie defiect yesterday and I drank some pop =( I will try harder today! I feel great slept 8 hours and do not always get that with a 4 yr old and 16 month old.

    Do you already have plans for our next week's challenge? Maybe we could all get a chance to make recommendations and have some input? The burpies would be good. Jumping rope could be good. And a pyramid workout (like do 10 push-ups and 10 squats, 9pushups and 9 squats, and so on to 1). Maybe some yoga challenges too. I'm actually looking for ward to this stuff! :)
