Do you already have plans for our next week's challenge? Maybe we could all get a chance to make recommendations and have some input? The burpies would be good. Jumping rope could be good. And a pyramid workout (like do 10 push-ups and 10 squats, 9pushups and 9 squats, and so on to 1). Maybe some yoga challenges too. I'm actually looking for ward to this stuff!0

@sonyachan - that is a brilliant idea!! Would you like to set up the Challenge for next week commencing 09/01/12 to 15/01/12? Maybe keep it to 6 days workouts and 1 day relax?

Did it! Except for the last of the Jumping jacks..did something to my knee and does not feel good when I try and do those. Otherwise it was an amazing week!
