How do you log the exercise for the different days?

I'd like to log my runs (ok, fat mat shuffles) but I'm not certain how. I was thinking of calling them the slowest running and taking 5 minutes of the time for the walking, but I'm not sure how accurate it would be. I have the same question for the P90X workouts.

I counted up the number of minutes I walked and number of minutes I jogged (shuffled) and logged them separately into the exercise log.0
