walking/running with kids in jogging stroller

Hi there-
I am a stay at home mom with two children 2yr/5mos old children...and I have a double jogging stroller for them. I live in the south, but I still feel very guilty when I think about going outside with them when it's cold outside. Any ideas/thoughts/or suggestions would be appreciated. Some days I feel like I am "looking out for my children"....then when I look at my BODY....I think I maybe using it as an excuse to not DO IT!!!!

Could you get a weather cover for it? I have a double stroller for my two kids (2.5 and 11 months). I cant run with it so I do my C25K on the treadmill instead but will move outside with the stroller once I build up my endurence0
