    Days 1, 2 and 3 missions accomplished! So far able to do real push ups and also did sits up.
  • 3 Day and so far so good. Must admit that Insanity is driving my push-ups. LOL!

    Haven't done todays yet, will do so when I get home. Yesterday completed day 2 along with my "Push ups" program on my Android. I believe it was 13 15 15 16 16 15 13 11... plus my 2 for a total of 116 all using push up bars.

    Sorry for being late to write. I did my first day but not yesterday :sad: ...so now I'm going to have to add the days togather and do 6 today...which sucks because I did a killer arm workout this morning....Damn...Damn... DAMN!!! ( In my Florida Evans voice)

    Day 4 done! In a couple of months I shall look back on these days and remember how awesome I thought I was because of how easy it is to do 4 each (doing situps too). But when we hit day 50 maybe I'll be singing a different tune. :P

    I'm going to add in Abs stuff as well, doing the same reps but mixing it up every day..

    Well so far i've done 15 normal PU's + 15 Diamonds.
    Doing them every 90 seconds until i cannot. lol.

    Didn't realize there was a seperate group post area. Well, as I said in the other thread, I am doing my push-ups with my feet on my couch. I just did my set of four for today. Tomorrow will bring one more. These are tough buy it will always only one more than what I did the day before.

    Day 5 doen. My shoulder is screwed up (it pops out of socket) so the "regular" ones are damn near impossible. I do them on my knees for now to ease the pressure. The problem is those are almost too easy so I am doubling the amount. Any ideas?
