Happy New Year !!!! Today is the 1st of the best days of our lives. Time to totally commit to 90days of exercise and healthy eating. No excuses. It's our year to get back to healthy and sexy.

    Happy New Year. I'm starting tomorrow. I'm going to set my ticker to lose 8 pounds of fat. I might not get to that number, but whatever number I get to, I'll be happy.
