I gained 0.8 lbs this week. My parents were visiting from out of state. Considering that we went out to eat about 5 times this week, I did very little exercise and I didn't track on WW or MFP, I would almost consider that a success, lol. It is a setback though.

I'm two weeks in to WW. Last week (first true weigh in since starting counting points) I lost one pound. I felt like I was doing everything right. I lost a little hope and was more relaxed this past week. Weigh in yesterday - 4.4 more! I don't get it, but I like that I got my first 5# sticker already! I'm down 5.4 total. I'm going to try to get in more water but not be as strict as week 1. We'll see how this week goes...0
