11th week: (22MAR12) : Switched to Weight Watchers Online weight from at home scale: 141.5 (-0.7lbs)
Yeah slowly going down, but something is better than nothing! Started more weight training, very little cardio as just increases my hunger and workign to increase lean mass (AKA muscles!)0 -

Everyone is doing so great!
I am actually up 1.4 this weeks, so I'm going to focus more on points AND THEN calories, instead of calories then points. It works better that way for me (I think).

Well, today was my week 2 weigh-in and I gained a pound but I refuse to be upset by this.
I know I ate healthier and I know I worked out.
My mistake was in eating all my weekly points and most of my exercise points.
This week I go back to eating half of my weekly points and only a few exercise ones depending on how many I earn and how hungry I am.

I gained 0.8 lbs this week. My parents were visiting from out of state. Considering that we went out to eat about 5 times this week, I did very little exercise and I didn't track on WW or MFP, I would almost consider that a success, lol. It is a setback though.
