    Yay! I just joined this group :) I'm trying to use MyFitnessPal more in hopes of motivating me to work out. I love eating healthy and started running back in July. I started practicing yoga at the beginning of this year and have done a few different types. I love the way yoga makes me feel and it has greatly improved my strength and flexibility. Keep it up everyone!
