Finally made it to Week 8!!!!!!!! Just finished W7D3 today. It was a little more difficult that D1 and D2, but I don't know why. I will be doing W8D1 on Wednesday.

Anyone else on Week 8?

I just did W8D2 today! I had to use the treadmill for the first time since staring C25k since it was 10F outside! BRRR!!!

You are doing great.....after week 7, the rest of the program is downhill! You can do it!

    I'm on Week 8 too.

ShyDaisi - Do you take one rest day between D1, D2, D3, and then two days before D1 of the next week? That might be why the last one of the week was a bit tougher though it was otherwise the same run.

I attempted W8D1 (Doing Ease into 5k which is slightly different than the original plan - http://blog.bluefinapps.com/ease-into-5k-running-plan/) on Monday. I didn't feel right before the workout and even running up the stairs to the gym, I didn't think this was going to be a good run. It wasn't... I started really struggling around 12 minutes and took a quick 1 minute walk break and started running again. About 22 minutes in I walked for 2 minutes and then ran the remaining 6 minutes plus another 2 for a total of 8.

Can't tell you how crappy that felt... I had been doing soooo good with not needing to repeat til then. I suspect I may have overdone it a bit because I did all the runs previous just fine (20, 26, 27, etc). I did W7D3 (5wu, 27 run, 5 cd) on Thursday and then I was out of town, so I did a little trail running (an hour run/walk as needed) on Saturday and then on Sunday I did the same trail but walked it with a friend. I think I may not have had enough time for recovery by Monday.

My plan tonight is to try W8D2 (29 min run) and see how it goes. If I can do it, great, I'll move forward... If I can do 28, but not 29, then we'll call it a repeat of W8D1 instead. If I can't do the 28 even, then I'm not sure... Will need to reevaluate.
I felt confident I would be through the program and onto B210k and it felt so good. This doubt creeping in from one bad day is undermining it.

Woohoo! I think the last run was a fluke because I did the 29 mins fine and then hung in there for 2 more minutes. Skipped ahead and graduated? YEAH! :-D
