    I just completed my Week 7 runs today. W7D3 was much more difficult than the first two runs of the week, but I am not sure why. I ran somewhere different, and it was kind of an out and back kind of course that had to be repeated, some was gravel rather than paved, there weren't any markings for distance, and it was really windy, so a bit of a bite to the air - so maybe a combination of all of the above? Hoping this week goes more smoothly!

    I am about a week behind on my runs due to my laziness around Christmas, but I am ecstatic to have exceeded my original weight loss goal a week early! How I would love to see the 170's before I finish the program!
