My first day of C25k - how did you start?

I've started C25k Week 1 but only doing it at 2mph walking (3.2 kph) with jogging replaced by walking 2.5mph (4kph) as I am so overweight and unfit (280 lbs).

I will complete the program and start again until I can do it properly - the podcasts are really motivating and make the training go quickly.

Is there anyone else in the group that found they had to start this way and how did you get on?
