Here's your Challenge for the week:
Do 2 sets of 500.
For the first set, your laps will be 1 moderate, 1 fast, 2 moderate, 2 fast, 3 moderate, 3 fast, 4 moderate, 4 fast.
The second set is descending, start with 4 fast, 4 moderate, etc.
Time is not as important as really pushing it for those fast laps!
