Lunch -- On the Go
Diner:
1 (3 in.) Salmon patty
1/2 c. Pinto Beans
1/2 c. Cooked greens
1/2 c. Coleslaw
1 Corn muffin
1 serving Mixed fruit
Taco Bell:
1 Bean Burrito
1 serving Mexican Rice
SUBWAY:
6 inch Veggie Delite on whole wheat with standard fixings and provolone cheese, mustard, may, oil & vinegar
1 bag Baked! Lay's potato chips
McDonald's:
1 Cheeseburger
1 Side salad with low-fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing (1 serving)
1 Reduced-fat vanilla ice cream cone
Domino's Pizza:
Classic Hand Tossed Vegi Feast 14-inch pizza (2 slices out of 8)
Diner:
1/2 c. chicken salad in 1 large tomato
1 Muffin
1 c. Mixed fresh fruit with 2 Tbsp whipped topping

If you don't mind me asking you have really done well with your weight loss! Do you eat 3 meals 2 snacks or do you break it down into 5 small meals? What have you set as your calorie intake etc. Just wondering where these fall in calories etc. Thanks!
