    on the bright side- your tummy already looks good, so you're setting yourself up for success really well. Keep up the good work... I'll be posting my January photo in the next couple days.

    thanks. i guess i'm not in the worst shape, but i have a lot to do if i want to look the way i want. i haven't been focusing as much on my abs and core as much as i should at the gym because my problem is my diet. i'll never have abs if i keep eating the way i do, but it's so hard to change after having bad habits my whole life.

    You just have to make the adjustments slowly- most "diets" fail because people jump into them thinking that quitting their old habits "cold turkey" is what's going to get it done. Start with smaller portions, then incorporate more healthy stuff, then a little more, etc until you're completely clean. Once you've eaten clean for a while, all the other food will taste horrible and you won't crave it any more.

    I just eat wayyyy too many sweets. i can't wait to move out and have my own place because my mom always has junk food stocked up in the house. =\

    Well, I took this at the beginning of the month. I'm a bit bloated now that I've been on vacation and have been eating terribly! Now that I"m home, it's back to work!!
