Tonight was a double batch kinda night. First up...Xtreme Formulations Lemon Creme Pie (Casein)
First, in the bowl..
transplanted..
Then, round 2, Myofusion Milk Chocolate (Whey) w/ cherries...we'll call it "Cherry Chocolate Rain"
And to show the quantity from a whopping 1.25 scoops of whey, 200g cherries, 1/2 cup egg whites and 1/2 cup milk and a sprinkle of Xanthan Gum.0 -
Attempts at Ice Cream:
Ice Cream - similar ingredients without stiffening egg whites:
Pineapple Ice Cream - Left over fruit for ice cream, not a good idea. What was I thinking??
Chocolate Peanut Butter:

It came out a lot saltier than I expected. Will have to tweak it tomorrow. I can't finish it, it's so rich (smacking lips...)
