    Tonight was a double batch kinda night. First up...Xtreme Formulations Lemon Creme Pie (Casein)
    First, in the bowl..

    Then, round 2, Myofusion Milk Chocolate (Whey) w/ cherries...we'll call it "Cherry Chocolate Rain"

    And to show the quantity from a whopping 1.25 scoops of whey, 200g cherries, 1/2 cup egg whites and 1/2 cup milk and a sprinkle of Xanthan Gum.

    It came out a lot saltier than I expected. Will have to tweak it tomorrow. I can't finish it, it's so rich (smacking lips...)
    Had stiff peaks and all, no xanthan gum used either :)

    HOW???!!! Everything I've read said no fat allowed for fluff.
