hey there!
I'm Ales and am waiting for a diagnosis for Fibro, but I'm already diagnosed with CFS for over 4 years and I think its progressed to fibro because of the pain I've been experiencing over the last few months!
however, I'm looking forward to dropping a few lbs this year, slowly and steadily, so I don't do more harm than good!!
