Giving it another go - back to W1D1

I made it to W3D1 in November, before being plagued with seemingly never-ending health issues (plus the eventual Christmas holiday period). I've now decided to go back to W1D1 and start all over again.

As I was a complete non-runner before C25K I just don't have the confidence in my body to go straight back to week 3.

My eventual goal would be to run a 5K for charity in August. Totally achievable, I'm sure. Especially now the Christmas period is over & motivation is high.

Reading all your reports & success stories is definitely the best motivator!
