Yay! I graduated today! Finished my last run and couldn't believe it. I didn't really time my miles since I was just focused on getting through it and now I'll start to work on my speed.

    Pretty proud I finished!

Way to go! Today was my last 'real' day too (or the day after, I got a little mixed up). What are you doing next week?

I'm going to start working on my speed, rather than distance, now. Cool Runnings has a couple great programs for building speed and stamina over distance so I'm going to review them more today and plan on incorporating them into my gym time. I also need to get outside now - I've done the program in the gym - so I'll be working on using the speed programs in the "real world" as well!
