Exercise Calories - To eat or not to eat?

So I have been eating some of my exercise calories back to try to keep my intake around my daily allotment. But I can't help but be a little scared that I am eating too much. What if I didn't actually burn that many calories? Is it normal to feel like that? And if I don't eat them back, am I getting enough calories for the day. What does everyone else think?

I just posted a similar question to a friend of mine who us SUPER health conscious. She's a work out FIEND and always eats super healthy so I figured if anyone would know, she might. I'll keep ya posted lol0
