Monday - Do Yoga today!

Tuesday - 100 situps (intervals of 10)

Wednesday - Run/walk 2.5 miles

Thursday - No Junk food

Friday - Arm Curls (3 reps of 12) Whichever weight you feel comfortable with

Saturday - Burn 500+ Calories doing any exercise you prefer!

    Monday - no prob
    Tuesday - uh, nop. I did do a few situps, 25 squats, 25 pushups, and some Pilates that involved tummy muscles if that counts at all! LOL :D
    Wednesday - looks promising!

    Eek! I am not doing so well on this challenge this week. Missed the walk, and today didn't happen either

    Wow! I totally blew this week!
    I did squat yesterday!
    What was amazing to me tho was that I made this great Nacho platter for the family for supper.
    We all love this stuff, but by the time I was done making it, I didn't want to eat! That never happens!
    So, hopefully that will account for something. HaHa :wink:
