I would love to hear, thought others would too... what snacks you are incorporating into your day to keep under your calorie goal? My go to is the Chocolate Royal Slim Fast shake or a Kashi waffle with some peanut butter.

Boiled egg whites
veggies/hummus
fruit (clementines are my current fave, grapes)

Dont really have one thing, to be honest. I love me some Cliff Builder's, though....will generally eat one of those before I take a long run, and if it's more than ~5-6 miles or so I'll generally suck down a GU. Do those for lunch quite a bit, too...though that's more just because it's easier than trying to bring a home-prepared lunch to work (which isnt really feasable for me).0

I put 1 cup of honey nut cheerios in a sandwhich bag and munch on that like granola throughout the day0
