Sore muscles

Does anyone else get sore tight calve muscles? Or have any advice on what I should do about it.

    It depends on which workout you're doing. I'm always sore everywhere... ;) If you're starting out, be careful of your form. Shaun often uses some type of squat with a jump (plyo) and if you don't start low enough, you might be jumping with your calves only, versus quads, hamstrings, and calves. One other suggestion is to make sure you stretch out your calves afterwards on your own. I notice Shaun doesn't spend a lot of time stretching specific muscles a lot of times (eg. your arms). Good luck!

    I was going to suggest the same thing. I noticed that too, especially the calves, when I first started doing Insanity. I always stretch them more.

    Yup more stretch. I used other videos to do more stretch.
    If you have time, add 1 day of yoga to your routine.
    After 2 weeks, my body, specially the knees, get use to it.. I stopped have pain from go up/down the stairway.

    I always do yoga after a workout just to help with stretching the muscles out
