Hello to all the new members of this group.

10 sleeps until preseason of Round 1 2012 starts.

"Okay 12wbt members - you've no doubt seen Michelle's email about being a calorie commando? So our challenge is to be consistent between now and the start of preseason and track the calories. If you are new to 12wbt my advice is don't stress if it's hard to stick to 1200 calories every day - just get the tracking done. :) And if you haven't checked the email yet - see what she says about eating back calories......"

So if you want some friends to cheer you on when you track every day, check our member list and send those requests.
