Hey, Ladies, I tried this terrific new recipe last night and Kevin and I loved it! And it's only 374 calories plus the rice! I can list the nutrients if you don't care to add each ingredient yourself! It is Rachael Ray's 5-Spice Beef made in the slow cooker.
