I'm starting phase 2 on Sunday. Has anyone started phase 2 yet? I'm going to watch the videos this weekend. I'd love to hear from someone who has done theses already.

Hi there,
Yes, right now I'm in about the second week or so of Phase II. It just takes a bit to get familarized with the new moves. Also, as Tony has mentioned, it is helpful to record your workouts so you can move more effectively through your next rounds. Some of the moves will need some time to get used to doing. Be willing and ready to do some of the adaptations to be able to get in a good workout. I am rotating in the supplemental workouts I ordered. I hope you enjoy!0 -

The two extra workouts are "V Sculpt" and "Chest+Shoulders+Tri." My opinion is that they should have been included in the basic package. It made me wonder if they later realized these aspects were not fully addressed even though I think those would be fundamental. So, even though I think the relative price of the additional dvd's is high, I wanted to go ahead and benefit from those workouts. While I haven't seen the third phase yet, I think I would have preferred to have even more chest workout in the set than is the case. The chest workout in the regular P90X is pretty good and approaches it with several types of exercises. I do like having the variety that the extra dvd's bring to the game.0

Ohpiper they were included in the deluxe and premium packages ... and ( I think) if you ordered through a beachbody coach, which I did ... Can we get some feedback on these? I am not going to start this phase until week 4 (or 5 depending on how my core is then)0
