I guess I better post this before I forget. lol
8 cups of water of course
20 minutes of jogging (in place, on wii, outside, or on treadmill, whatever works:)
150 jumping jacks
50 squat twists (hands by ears, elbows straight out, squat down and when you come up lift right knee and touch left elbow to it, and same for other side)

Squat twists sound intense but I look forward to adding them into the routine lol.. THanks for the challenges.0

Thanks again. I am basically just getting back into exercising after a couple weeks of laziness and didn't those squat twists kick my side...lol. Completed them and the Jacks so have the jogging for later and will definitely do the water throughout the day. Happy New Year all and lets do this!0

Will just continue these challenges this week since there are no new ones and especially since I didn't do too well last week.0
