Ok, I just did the jump rope from day 1, the pyramid workout from day 3 and the stretching from day 2 (it just fit my schedule better that way), and I can say I am feeling it!
  • thanks Sonya. I am going to do Days 1, 2 and 3 on Wednesday then Days 4, 5 and 6 on Friday. Got a lot of revision to do so need to have some full days free to revise x

I finished Day 1 and it was a killer. I have no upper body strength..I am sure I will feel this in the am! The jumping rope was a piece of cake...it was those other things that got me!

Word to the wise: Unless you are used to doing lunges, you might want to consider changing the Pyramid workout. I am incredibly sore! I think for the last day, instead of doing 10, 9, 8, 7, etc., I will do 10, 8, 6, 4, 2. I'm sore from the pushups too, but not as severely. Maybe you guys are in better shape than me and will be ok, but I wanted to give you a heads up. :)

I'm a little behind. These challenges are great!
  • It's hard to do a lot of these exercises. I have 2 metal rods in my back, and I am limited on the movements I can do while exercising :(
  • Day 1, 2 and 4 done...

need to do 3, 5 and 6 either tomorrow or Friday xx

Just do what you can. You don't have to do all these exercises to lose weight. Find some poses and workouts that work for you. Maybe you could give us some exercises for the next challenge! :)
