Hey Guys,
Welcome to the group please post on anything you want this group will be what we make it I can't do it alone. I don't know about you all but I love this site and the motivation we get from one another.
I wanted a group where we could share, vent etc do as we need too as I know loosing weight for us it not always the same as it is for females.
I am doing overtime today so no exercise today but still eating right.
Take care and have a great weekend. Hope to see alot of posts when I come home. Keep on movin!!!! Larry
