nice job Jenn, 3.4lbs is a month is pretty good in my estimation & the measurements are the real results imo. keep it up lades,w ill do proper wi & measurements on monday as in middle of bloatsville tom atm. but did do a sneaky waist measure the other night & was 2 inches down so fingers crossed0

How is everyone doing this month so far?
I had a few set backs (as in Valentines Day, and a run in with a plate of nachos) but hoping to see a decent loss. I also can't seem to stop eating ice cream after dinner. I blame it on the boyfriend. It's literally impossible to sit there while he eats a big bowl of chocolate cookie dough ice cream. Ahhhh!!!0 -
I'm in! I'm working on more weight training now in addition to cardio, so hopefully ill get toned up!0

massively dissapointed as my scale isnt moving, i took helloitsdan's advice a couple weeks ago and upped my cals but ive stuck since.
think im going to drop back down to 1550. which is roughly my bmr.0 -
