I am starting this today!

I've been using the Christian Indie Tracks (http://www.buriedtalentsband.com/C25K/) and am pleasantly surprised at how good they are. I really am motivated when using them. I hope week 2 is as nice.

Apparently, I failed to check the size of the mp3 file I downloaded. It stopped playing after 10 minutes, so I had to improvise the rest of the way through my workout. All is not lost...I probably ran more than I would have in week 1. That's progress right there.

When I got home, I logged 388 calories, according to my HRM. I also deleted and installed newly downloaded tracks onto my mp3 player. This time, I made sure i had the whole file. I played one or two through, to double check. Everything is cool now.

I am looking forward to starting week 2 officially either Monday or Tuesday. (I like to run every other day.)

    Sounds good! Well done.

I am starting week 2 myself. I did week 1, skipped a week due to lack of motivation and am I guess doing week 1 and a half. I am not strictly following C25K yet but using it as a guideline. It's fun.
  • I started week 2 today. I was amazed at the difference in distance from last week I went. Of course that might be due to the downfall of rain about half way through - lol

I have completed four days of week 2. I feel like I need to extend this one out a bit as I am still finding it a little difficult. I want it to start to feel easy before I move onto the next level. So, I will try it for two more days this week, and then see if I am ready for week 3. Has anyone else taken more than a week on this round?

I just did w2d2, and will probably be finishing up week 2 either Sat or Sun. I'm looking forward to and dreading starting week 3. lol. But I'm still gonna give it my all. I found I liked week 2's intervals much better than week 1 even though they were slightly more difficult.
