I did the 1000 steps today, which is in Ferntree Gully. Has anyone else done these? They are pretty hard going, I thought my heart was going to pump out of my chest LOL.
My problem is I am not sure what to put it as for exercise. I dont have anything to track my heart rate etc as yet, so I dont know how to work it out.
