Wow, Week 1 is over and everyone did such a great job! Here are Week 2 challenges and I know for most of us, week 1 was brutal enough. This week will focus on a lot of lower body exercises and I know how much everyone loves leg workouts . Give it your best and as always, email me or comment when you are done with each challenge.

JJ's are really fun. I figure I put it up a notch. I say if I do 125 a day I will be done on time by Saturday. I do sets of 25 between some of my regular work outs to keep it going hard0

I don't mind the jumping jacks. I prefer those to burpees. I was even getting my 7 yr old to do them with me.0

I used to hate jumping jacks, but I quite like them now. Burpees however... Damn you Jose! :laugh:0

Burpees done!! Silly me left them until the end of the day and then had to do them all at once :sad: I SURVIVED!! (just ) also added in 150 jumping jacks because I dont want to be doing those all on the last day :laugh:0

Sorry for the confusion with the team changes. We lost a total of 5 people and had to do a re-org of the current teams. I hope everyone is okay with that? If not, I can revert back to original teams and just do percentage base of the points available?
BTW, I think I hate myself now for those burpees :explode: I'm just glad they are over already. I'm beat

I'm glad we did the burpees first. I did them in sets of 10, and added jacks in between. But at least they're done!0

Yeah, luckily the burpees are already done for the week. The other exercises should be pretty exciting to do.0

I definitely can't do the burpees with a broken pinky toe, but Jose sent me some modified ones I will do tonight! Not too sure about those froggy jumps either...we'll see how the toe is doin by the end of the week! haha
P.S. ...Jumping Jacks were popular demand?!? :noway: LoL for extra motivation this song had a good rhythm/timing for me to do my jumping jacks to:

JJ total= 275/ 7500 -
So...I just watched the video for the frog jumps...umm....I'd rather do the burpees!!!
