Here are some helpful resources for those starting or already involved with the program. Will update as I discover (or get supplied) new ones.

Yay! I'm the 2nd member. Accidently found this group but just bought this book last week and started reading as I finished New Rules for Women last week and wanted something new. BUT, I'm 6 weeks pregnant, so not really sure how serious I can do the program right now, but will give it my best (safe) shot and will definitely hit it hardcore after baby arrives!0

I have found I need to drop my hips between reps, or my knees are too strained (I tried resting one leg on the floor, but nah). As I reach the end of a set, I start using my non-dominant arm to help push up into position.0
