    Friday - I did Pilates in the morning - evening I am taking my son for shopping.

    I've been easing back into it this week and my leg is feeling ok. Hurray!
    8.25 miles so far and I should get in a couple more tomorrow.

    Very slow start this week due to a very painful pinched nerve in my left leg. On the mend now and slowly walking an hour a day.
